We have a simple, but robust mission: to help people in need. We do that by focusing on community-based efforts including education, awareness, and food aid. We want to make a difference.
We're continually working hard to improve communities throughout the state. If you're interested to see what we've been doing recently (especially if you want to help), check out our project list.
If you have able hands, we want your help. Whether it's serving food aid in a kitchen, painting walls of a newly repaired home, or collecting donations, we need you. And so do communities in need.
In my family there is a saying, "It takes a village to raise a child". As a child I was fortunate to have been raised by wonderful parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, uncles, aunts, and neighbors that were as close as family. Though I have been through some struggles, I have been blessed in my life to not have experienced some of the difficulties I see in the news and on the internet. I can’t imagine what it’s like to go without food - and I think it’s a shame that in a country as great as ours, anyone should.
With the determination in my heart to help those in need, I preside over Williams Family New Beginnings Corporation (WFNBC). We are looking forward to a world free of hunger, homelessness, and abuse. We want to make a difference in the world, starting at home, one community at a time. This world is full of important social connections and if used correctly, positive things will begin to emerge. With the distribution of love, support, encouragement, and understanding, this world will be a better place.
